Flooded
Flooded is a watercolor series I began in October 2016. I finished it in October 2019. It began when I was kayaking on Lake Kerr in North Carolina after it had rained. I decided to row into some flooded forest areas and take photos of what I found. I selected what I thought were the three best photos and spent the next three years painting them.
